We are a safe haven of creative and personal enrichment for children experiencing a turbulent home environment. We seek to help overcome the negative impacts of domestic trauma on a child’s social and artistic development by providing a nurturing, imaginative outlet of jewelry making, and life skills mentorship. Our participants, irrespective of socio-economic or cultural background, are warmly welcomed by social workers who serve as instructors, staff and volunteers who encourage them to dream, grow, and build while demonstrating everyday tools they can use to hone their own resilience. Our ultimate goal is to give children a sense of freedom, improved autonomy, increased self-esteem and a clear recognition of worth through creative outlets.
